Most memorable moment at IHN
I remember the rush we all felt when waiting for the final results of the Nutritional Pathology course. The material we had to study had been rather difficult, and everybody studied hard to pass. I was relieved to learn that I passed with flying colours!

Favourite Class at IHN
It’s hard to choose one particular course as my favorite, as I loved so many of them. I very much enjoyed the Fundamentals of Nutrition course as our instructor was very passionate about a Holistic way of living and I was fascinated to learn about all the damaging effects of processed foods, from Coca Cola to Aspartame. It was this course that opened my eyes to a world of understanding I had never had before. I also enjoyed Ayurveda and Psychology of Disease, as these teachings were bringing something new and exciting into the field of nutrition and they were stressing the connection between mind, body and spirit as an integral way to holistic healing.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am currently running my private nutrition consulting practice in Mississauga: Wind of Change Nutrition.

I am a certified Live Blood Cell Analyst and have performed over 500 analyses using a specialized Olympus Darkfield microscope. My focus is on detoxification and uncovering the root cause of disease.

The newest addition to my practice is a technique called Electro-dermal screening using an “Avatar” machine. EAV/EDS screening or testing of acupuncture points is considered to be an “information access window” into the health status of an organ or an organ system, allowing the practitioner to detect imbalances that compromise the health and well-being of a person.

In addition to offering personal nutritional and lifestyle coaching, I hold a special interest in addressing nutritional imbalances in those seeking to improve their state of mind and coping abilities in areas such as depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, autism, eating disorders and addiction.
Other interests include: digestive disorders, detoxification, chronic fatigue, stress syndrome.

I am a firm believer in the mind-body’s innate capacity to heal with proper nourishment and positive lifestyle choices.

You are encouraged to book a free 15 minute consultation if you have any questions about the nutritional assessment process or any other modalities you may be interested in.
