Most memorable moment
My most memorable moment was the end of the first day of class (Fundamentals of Nutrition) when I realized that the more you know, the more you realize you don’t know. That there was a whole body information I was about to learn that completely matched with what I was seeking academically.
The Fundamentals of Nutrition was the most impactful class for me, as I was being introduced to the world of true healing for the first time. Learning about where our food came from, from the soil up, and then the composition of the human body and how that affects our health was eye opening.
