Most Memorable Moment
I’d have to say that my most memorable moment at the IHN was during graduation day. We had a huge graduating class (both day and night students) and were fortunate enough to hear inspiring speeches from both valedictorians. Not to mention, Eva’s speech in particular was not only moving to me, but also to my parents! It was great to see everyone again and celebrate all the hard work that truly paid off in the end.

Favourite Class
I can’t say I have a favourite course at the IHN, because I truly loved them all. Some of the ones that stick out are: Preventative with Murat, Herbal Medicine with Diane and the Holistic Prep Cooking Class with Patricia. Murat (aka. “Mr. Encyclopedia”) is incredibly organized and all of the courses he taught had me intrigued. Diane’s soft demeanour provided me with a wealth of knowledge on herbal medicine that it’s inspired me to take continuing education classes on the topic down the road. Patricia’s Cooking Class had us sitting outside on her patio starting off our meals with beet kvaas and enjoying chutneys, and flatbreads to name a few. The entire experience at the IHN was incredible!
