Favourite Class
That is tough to choose….. I would have to say there were 3:
Fundamentals of Nutrition for the inspiration of pursuing this field
Symptomatology II which really helped me connect the dots and prepared me for helping clients on executing their nutritional care.
Psychology of Disease – going into that class I truly felt like it was all smoke and mirrors; I pretty much held my discomfort level throughout the class, trying as I might to be open to it all. But as time has passed and now treating many clients I realize “Wow, it IS all DIVINE!!!!” There is absolutely an energetic component, every time with each client I see. I have come to learn that the spirit leads and the body follows.

Most memorable moment
There were two – my first day of class, I thought “Ok, here we go – this is the first day of my journey to become what I’ve dreamed about for years!”
And then, as Valedictorian, looking out as I gave my speech at all these amazingly bright, passionate, caring people; and realizing the impact we would have on our communities.
