Cassandra Patmanidis HBSC, HBSW, CNP, ROHP

Cassandra is a Certified and Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and wellness motivator. Her passion to connect with others was formally honed by attaining her Honours Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in Psychology and Exceptionality in Human Learning from the University of Toronto. She then completed an intensive Social Work program at Lakehead University where she earned her Honours Bachelor of Social Work. Cassandra graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she received her designation of Certified Nutritional Practitioner with first class honors. She is the founder of For The Love of Me, Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Consulting. Cassandra acknowledges and brings to light more than just the importance of eating good food. Prevention, root cause, and long-term health are at the forefront of her approach. For The Love of Me encourages not only the development of, but also the maintained mindset in making conscious and confident choices in managing one’s own health. Cassandra is an exceptional speaker who is able to captivate others into the rewarding world of nutrition and natural health. She has presented for a variety of groups, including YWCA 1st Stop Woodlawn Women’s Shelter, and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Her areas of practice include: Personalized Nutrition Consulting, and Healthy Eating + Healthy Living group and Corporate Seminars. Cassandra has come full circle by becoming a Holistic Nutritionist; her range of education, knowledge and passion truly encompasses a Holistic philosophy. With her education, training and experience Cassandra provides and facilitates an extensive range of support for others to attain wellness and a better quality of life that is exclusive to them. Cassandra teaches Professional Skills Development at The institute of Holistic Nutrition Toronto campus.
