Most memorable moment at IHN
There are too many to list! If I had to choose, I’d say the first day of class because it became clear that I made the right decision to leave my former career in marketing. IHN is where I belonged.
Favorite class at IHN
This is very hard to choose. Each course is so interesting and nourished my desire to learn. I’d probably have to choose Nutritional Symptomology Part 1 & 2, which I later taught at the IHN Vancouver campus. This is the class where you take everything you’ve learned and apply it to real case studies. This is where you learn to become a Holistic Nutritionist.

I help high-achieving, success-driven women in their 30s-50s go from tired, bloated and overweight to healthy, happy, and sexy with my Optimal Energy program.
