Shauna Mann CNP
Shauna is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Culinary Expert. She graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition with First Class Honors and as Valedictorian of her class. Her passion has always been in the kitchen and that’s where you can find her most days, cooking and baking up a storm. After a 12 year battle with an eating disorder, Shauna has learned the key to a successful balanced life is through being non-restrictive with food. She passes this anti-diet approach on to her 1-on-1 clients and in her cooking classes. Shauna has been teaching cooking classes for 3 years and loves the intimate and interactive feeling of being in person with clients. She also teaches in-home private individual and group classes.
In addition to her teaching, Shauna does online coaching for women all around the world, providing nutritional support to help them feel their best physically, mentally and emotionally. She has been featured on The Dialogue Projects blog and on My Best Life Podcast. Shauna is also a Rawkstar Ambassador for the delicious snack line, Rawcology. Shauna teaches Holistic Food Preparation for The Institute of Holistic Nutrition’s Toronto and Mississauga Campus students.

The kitchen is the unique laboratory where pure, natural and whole ingredients are transformed into healthful, vibrant dishes. Hands-on experience in preparation of breakfast “power-drinks”, nourishing soups, simple one-pot dishes and several Ayurvedic food items brings another dimension to the holistic curriculum. Emphasis is on proper preparation of grains through soaking, sprouting or fermentation and choice of healthy un-processed oils and fats to preserve and enhance nutritional value of foods. Raw foods, fermented condiments and other high enzyme preparations will be explored. All cooking classes are vegetarian.
