Amy is a 2014 Toronto campus First Class Honours graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. She is a Professional Coach and Retreat Leader with her own practice, Soul Driven. All of Amy’s clients have one thing in common; they want to inspire others and change the world. These are the people that she calls Soul Driven. This past year she led retreats to Costa Rica and Muskoka  – and in March 2019 she is taking a group to Arizona for a Sedona Soul Adventure ! (There are a few spots open if you’d like to apply to join). Why Retreats? When you get outside of your regular routine you look at things in a different way. You take time for yourself to reflect on all the things that have been on your mind. You are fully supported through partnership, love and compassion. Being in session with Amy is pure love and acceptance, no judgement. It’s a safe place to be yourself, share your heart, fears and struggles. You start to see through the mist. Have an experience that will change you forever, have an adventure of the soul! | Instagram | Facebook
