Lisa Walker is an October 2017 Ottawa campus graduate practicing in the Ottawa area, ON. Lisa is the founder of Lisa Walker Nourished Life, and has recently launched her new website! She believes in educating and empowering her clients on using nourishing foods, supplements where necessary and mindfulness in order to achieve optimal health. She has a special interest in a holistic approach to balancing men and women’s hormones, the gut/immune connection, and skin conditions. Ashley Miller is an October 2015 Toronto campus graduate practising downtown Toronto, ON. Ashley founded the skin health company, HUID, where she provides clients with natural solutions for healing and rejuvenation. Specific skin therapy depends on the nature of the underlying cause and the course of the condition. With the client, Ashley works on uncovering what is causing or exacerbating the skin condition rather than suppressing symptoms. Her internal/external approach is designed to realize the innate ability to heal through the power of surroundings, food, and movement. Ashley is also a practitioner at Lemon Water Wellness Clinic, where she works as part of a team of experts to provide clients optimal holistic health care. When working one-on-one with clients, a thorough health assessment is performed and a personalized protocol is recommended to enhance the effectiveness and longevity of goals. Most recently, Ashley has joined Firefly Foundation; a non-profit organization that works to support scientific research and programs to promote awareness and prevent brain degeneration. Anja Todorovic is an April 2016 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. Anja started Anamaya & Co Wellness where she sees clients for one-on-one consultations and personal protocols, as well energetic and spiritual work through the art of yoga, breath-work, meditation and movement. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and has used the practice of yoga, breath-work and meditation to heal the afflictions of her mind, to alleviate symptoms of her anxiety and depression, to cultivate and harness her fiercest creative potential, to awaken and calm her senses and to find stillness and silence in the midst of adversity and stress. The discipline rooted in the practice of yoga, has taught Anja how to master the art of her breath and therefore the art of her emotions. Her intention is to guide clients to live purposeful and fulfilling lives by incorporating practices of self-Love such as yoga, meditation and eating nutrient-dense whole foods into their day-to-day lives. Cherilee Garofano is an October 2007 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. Cherilee is the founder of Envision Wellness, a personal training and nutritional consulting company. She offers personal fitness training and holistic nutritional consultation for individuals and corporations. Her passion for endurance events like Ironman triathlons and marathons led her to holistic nutrition to understand a more healthful way to fuel the body for such long distances and how to optimally recover without using high fructose energy bars and gels! She has worked with endurance athletes as well as everyday ones. Cherilee works with clients to create active and healthy habits emphasizing a clean, whole food based diet to achieve vibrant health and lifelong results. She is certified with the Canadian Association of Fitness Professional as an Advanced Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Pre and Post Natal Specialist as well as a Pro Trainer teaching certification workshops and many other fitness designations from Pilates to spinning to aqua. Marc is a Holistic Nutritionist at Vaughn’s Pain and Wellness Centre, Canada’s first ever Community Based Interdisciplinary Pain Centre funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. Alitzia Tyminski is a November 2017 Toronto campus graduate working in Toronto, ON. Alitzia is employed by Findhelp Information Services while looking to develop a practice working one-on-one with clients. At seventeen, after living on the streets as a teenage runaway, Alitzia found her self-determination and began to work with Project Going Home, helping those in similar situations. Since then, she has continuously worked with the homeless community. Alitzia is well respected by her academic peers as someone who has earned her expertise to ensure compassionate and conscious support through personal and professional experience. With Findhelp, Alitzia works with 211; a helpline for essential community, government and social services, Central Access; a support helpline offering withdrawal services from drugs or alcohol and Victim Support Line; a referral helpline for victims of crime. Alitzia was inspired to attend IHN after being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. With the guidance of her naturopath, and the knowledge acquired at IHN, she was able to overcome her health concerns and avoid the aid of lifelong medication. She aims to combine her unique proficiency in the human services field with her holistic approach to empower those in need to find themselves healthy, happy and whole.



Bill Howe is a November 2017 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. Bill is the founder of Holistic Junky, where he sees clients for clinical nutrition and counselling therapies. In 2009, his twenty year alcohol addiction resulted in a near fatal accident leaving him paralyzed from the neck down and in a state of severe depression. After a year of hard-earned sobriety, his addictive predisposition reemerged but this time with food leading to gaining 140lbs. He began to study holistic nutrition and was able to lose his excess weight. With the principles he learned in natural health he also regained 90% of his movement, fully recovered from depression and stopped all but one of the thirty-five pill pharmaceutical cocktail he was on for six years.  For the last seven years, he has been a motivational speaker for a variety of programs through Sunny Brook Hospital, The Lion’s Foundation of Guide Dogs of Canada and recently at The Canadian Health Recovery Centre. He conducts educational talks about the benefits of nutrition, from a Paleo perspective, and is a peer support counsellor for newly injured people at Toronto Rehab. Biochemical, environmental and emotional conditions are the focus of his “whole” approach. Eva Woroniecka, also known as Eva Wellness, is an April 2015 Mississauga campus graduate practicing in Ko Phangan, Thailand. Eva is the owner of the Wellness House. Upon graduation, with big dreams of starting her own Wellness and Nutrition school in the tropics, she packed her bags and left for Thailand, where she operates the Wellness House. Clients come to stay and take part in Wellness Retreats which include Detox and Nutrition programs as well as Yoga, Fitness and Dance classes. Her company evaWELLNESS is registered in Thailand but she has international clients that she consults via Skype. She has collaborated with other holistic practitioners to offer a wide variety of wellness services at the Wellness House including massage, NLP, EFT and other modalities. Stephanie Dodier is an October 2013 Mississauga campus graduate practicing in Oakville, ON. Stephanie has a global online presence as an Emotional Eating Expert, author of The Crave Cure Program and host of The Beyond The Food Show; a top 25 iTunes podcast. She is passionate about sharing her personal health journey that began six years ago while working as a senior executive in a Fortune 500 corporation. She went from suffering severe panic attacks to transforming her life completely, allowing her to regain her health. Stephanie is passionate about educating and empowering women so that they can achieve the same results she has experienced. Jennifer Polansky is a November 2017 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. Jennifer founded VHR Holistic Health as a platform to hold space for women to step into their power and recognize how magical they truly are. Women are potent manifestors and when they cultivate balance within, tuning into their inner voice and feeling supported to follow its guidance, they can create anything their heart desires.
