JOLLIA FUNG CNP

Jollia Fung is an October 2017 Vancouver campus graduate practicing in Vancouver, BC. Jollia is the owner of Karmabitez Food Inc, where she began her business by creating sustainably made crackers that are made out of juice pulp collected from Nectar Juicery in Vancouver. She was compelled to create a food business that served the body as well as the environment, a food product that provoked thought and invited others to think about where their food comes from, what it’s made of, and where it goes. Her mission to create conversations about food, health and sustainability through Karmabitez spawned the birth of interactive Zero Waste workshops. She has run workshops at The Soap Dispensary, a low impact supply store, as well as hands-on plant-based, sustainable cooking workshops in different capacities around the city, including one held at UBC for the UBC Sauder Health and Wellness student group. Discovering the incredible engagement and interest of people wanting to learn more about eco-friendly, healthy cooking, she will be working with fellow Holistic Nutritionists in 2018 to host workshops that inspire, educate, and empower people to take wellness into their own hands. Jollia is currently looking for people that want to inspire, educate and empower with her and Karmabitez.
