Stephanie Collier is an October 2017 Ottawa campus graduate practicing in Ottawa, ON. Upon completion of her program Stephanie established Life Fully Nourished, a health and wellness business focusing on nourishing the body and mind through nutrition. Stephanie’s interest in nutrition came from her own personal health issues. In her mid 20’s she began suffering from countless unexplained seizures. After trying many different medications that also left her with numerous side effects she began searching for alternative methods which led her to IHN. IHN was the catalyst to implementing a holistic approach in her life and upon doing so her health improved drastically. She then partnered with The Holistic Freedom Academy an online health and wellness community who share her passion and vision for creating a healthy lifestyle. Rachel Bies is an October 2012 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. Rachel is the founder of Rachel Bies Nutrition, which offers nutritional and private chef services, meal plans and delivery, Co-Founder of Nourish & Glow (a nutrition app), and Co-Chair of ROAM Toronto (a not-for-profit that works in the hospitality industry). As a passionate Culinary Nutritionist, Chef and Media Personality – Rachel’s main goal is to cook, showcase, teach and get clients back into the kitchen and in love with real food. Caitlin Iles is an April 2013 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Saskatoon, SK. Caitlin is the founder of Nourished by Caitlin Iles, where as a Holistic and Culinary Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, she focuses on healing the body through gentleness, self-compassion, the latest nutrition research, and time-tested, evolution-based dietary concepts. In 2015 she won the Bright Almond Practitioner of the Year Award and has worked as a Program Coach at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition since September 2015. Her mission is to help her clients change their relationships with food, so they can create their healthiest bodies and their most fulfilling lives. She passionately believes that in order to get and stay well, we first must love and accept our bodies just as they are. Christina Bigelow is an October 2012 Mississauga campus graduate practicing in Milton, ON. Christina is the founder of Bigelow Health – assisting clients with chronic conditions through a mind, body, spirit approach, utilizing her gifts such as Biotherapeutic Drainage, Medical Intuition, Reiki, and other body work and energy modalities. From early in life she struggled with debilitating pain and chronic digestive issues. Christina also suffered bouts of depression due to mental and sexual abuse. In 2009, she found relief through Reiki, meditation, and nutrition which led her on her new journey to healing. Christina has successfully assisted people in finding their higher self and break-free from both physical and emotional pain and suffering. JESSICA LANCASTER BA, CNP

Jessica Lancaster is an October 2015 Toronto campus graduate practicing in Toronto, ON. After graduating from IHN with first class honours and valedictorian, Jess went on to open her own professional practice, Jess Lancaster Nutrition. While still attending IHN, she helped to launch and manage Village JuiceryIn addition to her CNP designation, she is currently a Board Certified Candidate with the National Association of Nutrition Professionals in the United States. Jess also holds a BA in Sociology from Queen’s University, and has culminated her interest in social change and natural wellness as a food conservateur – a curator of real food, without modern preservatives. She currently practices as a dynamic and empowering nutrition coach focusing on guiding individual and corporate clients through weight loss and lifestyle detoxification programs in Toronto and worldwide. She was hired by the CEO of Kairy app, as the nutritionist to develop therapeutic food lists to be built into an app to help parents choose appropriate ingredients and build recipes for special needs children (such as those with epilepsy). Emily Davies is an October 2017 Vancouver campus graduate practicing in Vancouver, BC. Emily is the founder of Wholesome Slice Nutritious Catering & Foods – a small event catering company, focusing on plant-based ingredients. She incorporates her IHN education into her recipes to create balanced and nutrient-dense menus that align with the healing properties of foods. BRYAN HARDY Essentrics Apprentice Instructor, CNP

Bryan Hardy is an April 2015 Toronto campus graduate living in Mississauga, ON and practicing throughout the GTA. Through his business, aptly named Bryan Hardy Optimal Health Coaching he has found that his strengths and passion come together in a dynamic combination of speaking and facilitating. Two areas of health that are most pressing in his mind are those of systemic inflammation and nature re-connection and in addressing these in a holistic manner he is now working with organic CBD extracts of hemp in combination with dietary and lifestyle modifications. He also weaves physical movement and nature together through teaching the Essentrics program in parks, studios, gyms, and businesses across the GTA in order to strengthen the body, resolve pain, improve posture and get people into their bodies. He also hosts the Redefining Reality Podcast and shares his message through YouTube, public speaking, events, and retreats.
