SARAH RAMSDEN BA, MA, CNP, CTI

Sarah is an October 2012 Toronto campus graduate and practices from Parksville, British Columbia. Sara writes to potential clients on her website, “ I work with courageous people like you, who’ve taken charge of their health, and recovered from a major health crisis. Maybe it’s depression, cancer, or an autoimmune disease, but whatever the diagnosis, you’re winning! The only problem is, as good as it is to feel better, your life didn’t just go back to the way it used to be. You just didn’t expect as many things about you as a person would change, and that’s where you feel stuck sometimes. You take less for granted, but you’d like to feel there’s more to health than this. Post-Recovery Coaching allows you to finally stop wondering if you’re making the best of this second chance, and turn it into the most exciting and meaningful time of your life.”

Food cravings usually come with their own strong messages, usually that something is missing, although sometimes they can indicate an allergy – you can read all about food cravings over here.
