Brittany is a 2016 Ottawa campus graduate, currently practicing in Burlington, ON.  She is the Owner and Founder of Brittany Lynn Wellness. Brittany’s main focus with her clients is to teach them how to rediscover and recreate a positive relationship with food but, more importantly, with themselves. She truly believes in and preaches that “Feeling Good is Everything” which is the mantra of her burgeoning wellness practice and is her mantra with each and every client. She further believes hormonal balance creates an overall balance in the body, emotionally, physically and spiritually. While personally dealing with and successfully overcoming weight issues, eating disorders and diagnoses like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Brittany was sought a more natural and holistic approach to healing her body. Having been intrigued, inspired and enthused with passion she researched and explored these natural healing methods and graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, while being mentored by herbal and clinical practitioners. Aside from her practice at the clinic, Brittany has partnered with Absolute Results, a seminar company that focuses on the wellness journey of entrepreneurs. Her seminars are currently being built and put together for a summer time release. In regards to community work, Brittany Lynn is the Nutrition Mentor of the Mommies and Babes in Motion network. |

Ilana is a 2014 North York campus graduate, currently working in Toronto, ON. Leaving a flourishing career behind in the world of holistic nutrition Ilana was introduced to a lifestyle and culture of entrepreneurship and personal development. Having two children during this journey opened up her eyes to the importance of balance, career and motherhood. After 6 hectic years of managing a store, life with little kids, the drive to be everything to everyone, and a strong work ethic, this non-mom was burnt out. Life then presented her the perfect opportunity to take a step back, reevaluate what was most important and reconnect with living a life of possibility. During this month-long break Ilana was introduced, quite unexpectedly, to the health and wellness company Argonne. Having intuitively connected with this awesome company and seeing how its values perfectly aligned with what she was looking for, Ilana opened her virtual global business in the cloud in October 2015. She trains, mentors and coaches other people to do exactly the same thing regardless of who they are or what walk of life they come from. Argonne is the perfect vehicle for creating the opportunity to take a passion for health and wellness, with a fundamental understanding of how to be an entrepreneur and the desire to share what’s possible with others. |

Upon graduation she spent the remainder of her time working within the New York Kitchen scene: Pure Food and Wine, Hu Kitchen and Mercer Kitchen to name a few. After working and studying under some amazing health supportive chefs she felt so empowered by all these new ways of exploring and creating beautiful food. She is currently the Executive Chef of Impact Kitchen, a health forward real food establishment here in Toronto. | |

Michelle is 2014 Mississauga campus graduate, currently practicing in Toronto, ON. After graduating from Queen’s University in economics, she spent seven years becoming a research analyst and taking the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program at a brokerage firm in Toronto. She then spent many wonderful years at home with her kids as they grew up. Her kids still remember when Fruit Roll Ups and Pop Tarts went missing in their house! They were replaced with something probably not much healthier, but it was the start of a slow but steady transition to healthier eating. As Michelle began to think about going back to work, she knew she wanted to do something more in line with what most interested her. She signed up the for the Bowen Therapy Practitioner course. After graduation from IHN and becoming a licensed Bowen Therapy Practitioner, she started Naturally Balanced Bowen Therapy and Nutrition. She got her marketing material ready, and soon began seeing clients in her home in Oakville. Last year she made a move to Toronto, sand is now practicing Bowen Therapy and Holistic Nutrition at the Carrot Common on the Danforth and loving it! |
