Daniela Elaine Henry is a German author and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. She runs the blog Sometimes Raw, where she writes posts about her life and personal events.
She received a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Arts from Carleton University in Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies. She received a diploma from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in November 2018.
Daniela’s background is in law enforcement. She served as a police officer for several years at a Federal Police Department in Munich, Germany. She then resigned to join the Department of Safety and Security at the United Nations in New York City. Daniela currently resides with her son in Vienna, Austria and works for the United Nations Organisation and the World Food Program in connection with holistic nutrition in third world countries and the Austrian Prison system.
