This position requires creating positive first impressions, providing Administrative, customer service, communication and support to various staff, students and campuses alike. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campus Manager to coordinate, support, and manage the day-to-day Vancouver Office responsibilities. This position is a key ambassador of the organization to both students and all external organizations.

Reports to: Campus Manager
Location: This is not a remote position and is on-site at the Vancouver campus (one block west of the Cambie and Broadway SkyTrain station)
Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week to start, 8 hours per day on Monday and Thursday

Primary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Promptly liaise, by phone and email, with IHN’s students, potential students, faculty, staff, external vendors and executives
• Respond to all customer requests and provide information on IHN’s Applied Holistic Nutrition Diploma program to prospective students; answering questions about course content, faculty, timelines, IHN’s policies and all relevant information about the school
• Complete registration from answering queries about the content of continuing education, workshops and lectures to applicant payment
• Assist IHN’s office team in the multi-task management of the on-going daily operations at the Vancouver campus simultaneously supporting all the IHN campuses
• Organize, assist and promote campus events; Open Houses, Orientations, Final Day Sessions, Graduations, Consumer and Tradeshows
• Manage course registration for full and part-time students, including course add/drop and program change requests
• Meet with students regarding academic progress/concerns, follow up with appropriate document correspondence and student record update, maintain accurate records of student academic standings; report to Campus Manager for guidance
Secondary Responsibilities (but not limited to):
• Assist with government reporting and compliance
• Prepare correspondence, notices and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or other appropriate software
• Data entry and organization of student files
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to growth and development of IHN culture
Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of IHN (CNP)
• A demonstrated passion for holistic living and a value system aligned with integrity, equality, sustainability, honesty, dedication and respect
• Strong Administrative skills
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel
• Exceptional customer service orientation with professional and polished demeanor
• Highly trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidential information
• Sales experience, project management and handling cash/contracts an asset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point, Canva.
• Experience with web-based administrative software is a plus
• Highly trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidential information
