1. What brought you to study Holistic Nutrition at IHN?

I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness. For a long time, I thought I wanted to become a doctor, but during my undergraduate studies in science, I realized I was only being exposed to Western medicine, and I wanted to go deeper than that. In my third year of university, I discovered nutrition and integrative health, and it completely changed my perspective. I knew then that I wanted to be part of a movement that could transform people’s lives in lasting, meaningful ways. My goal has always been to bring positivity to the world and help others in the best way I can, and I knew that IHN was the place where I could truly do that.
