1. What brought you to study Holistic Nutrition at IHN?
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and dealing with hormonal issues, I started exploring natural ways to heal. Conventional treatments weren’t helping, so I turned to nutrition and found great results through the AIP diet. That experience led me to IHN, where I saw the opportunity to learn more and help others going through similar struggles.

2. What professions have you worked in prior to enrolling at IHN?
Before IHN, I worked at the Canadian Embassy, was involved in our family’s steel fabrication business. My background had nothing to do with holistic health—but through my own healing journey, I discovered a real passion for it.

3. What degrees or academic achievements did you have prior to IHN?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature.
4. What are your goals/aspirations as a CNP?
My goal as a CNP is to educate and empower people to understand that healing is possible through nutrition and natural approaches. I want to help others see that there are alternatives to conventional medicine and that finding the root cause matters. My niche is working with autoimmune conditions and allergies, where I hope to make a real difference in people’s lives.

5. What has been your personal best achievement?
My biggest personal achievement is taking control of my own health. Despite being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, I chose to heal naturally—without relying on medications. My blood work continues to improve, and my doctor is always impressed with the results. I have no symptoms, and thanks to IHN, I’ve gained the knowledge to maintain my own well-being and support my family’s health too.
6. What is something you overcame in your life, that you didn’t think you could?
I overcame the fear and uncertainty I held for years about living with an autoimmune condition. Studying at IHN and gaining in-depth knowledge helped me realize that healing is possible. By focusing on nutrition and finding the root causes, I learned that I can overcome health challenges—and that mindset has truly empowered me.

7. What is something about you that would surprise people?
People might be surprised to learn that I have a background in English Literature and worked at the Canadian Embassy—quite different from holistic nutrition! I enjoy learning and sharing knowledge, especially about natural health. Outside of that, I love spending time with my family and exploring new healthy restaurants.
