Michelle Meilleur CNP

Michelle is an IHN Alumni (2003) and has since been in private clinical practice. She holds a diploma in Homeopathic Medicine (2009) and continues to dedicate her focus in nutrition while honouring homeopathic philosophies in her practice. Prior to beginning her studies in Nutrition at IHN, Michelle obtained a degree in International Development from Glendon College, York University.

She built a very successful practice at livingwell nutrition and wellness coaching based on three solid values: Food First, Targeted Therapy and Personalized Protocols. During the past 17 years, Michelle has helped over 10,000 clients improve their health through her food first therapy programs. Clients are supported with both nutritional protocols and coaching strategies to implement a new “Food Style” that will last a lifetime. The core of her practice supports clients with weight loss, hormone issues and digestive problems.

Bridging her interests for development, health and travel she accepted a volunteer position at the Elmina Urban Health Centre in Ghana, West Africa where she supported a local infant nutrition project.

Michelle practices what she preaches when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle both with food and exercise. Some of her regular activities include playing ultimate frisbee, racing sailboats, kayaking, skiing, snowshoeing and her new love, cycling. In 2019, she founded “Fuel. Move. Explore.” an initiative that combines getting healthy naturally, exercise and travel. Michelle coached women (including herself!) through an intense 9-month health and cycling training program that culminated to a very successful 300km cycling tour on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route in Northern Spain.
