Obtaining my CNP had been on my bucket list but I kept putting it off until I finally realized the time is now! I had just turned 50 and my youngest twin daughters left for uni to study the sciences. I figured it would be fun to be learning about science and nutrition at the same time as them. Not only did I make my family proud, but I made myself the proudest by following my passion and dream of becoming a CNP and proving that you are never too old to challenge your brain. Now putting my education and experience into clinical practice to support women’s health is a dream come true.

Attending IHN was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It planted a seed of knowledge and passion that continues to grow in my journey toward holistic wellness. The education I received gave me the confidence to pursue my holistic food venture, where I educate others about nutrition and develop products with only clean, wholesome ingredients. IHN empowered me to turn my passion into a purpose.

Studying at IHN has given me a new perspective regarding health and wellness. Being a medical doctor, I originally believed that only drugs could be used as a way of treatment. I never realized the healing power of food. After learning all the natural healing modalities at IHN and implemented them in my daily life, I discovered the beauty of nutrition and that it is a great tool in reaching optimal health, wellbeing and longevity.

IHN was a great space to broaden my passion for integrative wellness. Classes were led by a variety of experts including Certified Nutritionists, Naturopath Doctors and Functional Medicine Practitioners making for a well rounded understanding of the curriculum. Very grateful to each of my teachers and mentors who I met through the program!
