One of the best experiences in my life was attending IHN. Personally, the program was life changing for me and my family! The focus of better nutrition at home started rather quickly after I started the IHN program and even my son was enjoying my new and creative holistic homemade meals! But what also stood out was seeing amazing results after my dad had high cholesterol and I was able to help bring his levels back to normal while I was still in school! It has just been a true blessing!

Going to IHN was the best decision I’ve ever made! Studying holistic nutrition literally opened my eyes to a whole new world. It started my own healing journey and now I’m on a quest to inspire, empower and educate people around the world to live life to the fullest and reach vibrant health.

Attending IHN is a decision I’m so grateful I made. The program was packed with valuable information that I now use not only in my practice, but also in my everyday life. Nearing graduation, my loved one was diagnosed with dementia, an incredibly difficult time. Thanks to the knowledge and tools I gained at IHN, I was able to create a health plan that improved their memory score from 21 to 28 in just six months. Even if I had never pursued a career as a CNP, knowing I could give my loved one a better quality of life made the investment worth every penny.

I felt prepared to enter my new career and be able to utilize my knowledge to help others. It has been 7 years since I graduated yet I still reference my notes often. Obtaining my CNP had been on my bucket list but I kept putting it off until I finally realized the time is now! I had just turned 50 and my youngest twin daughters left for uni to study the sciences. I figured it would be fun to be learning about science and nutrition at the same time as them. Not only did I make my family proud, but I made myself the proudest by following my passion and dream of becoming a CNP and proving that you are never too old to challenge your brain. Now putting my education and experience into clinical practice to support women’s health is a dream come true.

My experience, education and time at IHN has been a blessing for not only myself but for the knowledge I’ve been able to impart to my clients and students.
