Edith is a Certified & Registered Orthomolecular Nutritional Practitioner.
Edith Holds diplomas from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (First Class Honors) and the British Institute of Homeopathy. She has studied with various well known international experts in the field of Homeopathy, Homotoxicology & Clinical Nutrition. Edith has been in private clinical practice since the year 2000 and is the founder of Essence of Vitality Nutrition & Homeopathy Clinic in Toronto.
Edith incorporates Therapeutic Clinical Nutrition, Live Cell Microscopy, Hair Mineral & Metal Analysis, Applied Nutritional Kinesiology, Bio-therapeutic Drainage, Herbal Gemmotherapy and Oligotherapy into her arsenal of natural healing modalities and also helps her clients better understand their medical Lab Data.
As an experienced clinical practitioner she has been passionately educating clients, students, friends and family about the benefits of Holistic Nutritional Healing, guiding her clients to achieve optimal health.
She enthusiastically emphasizes the importance of understanding how the human body works in health as a whole and the nutritional connection to correcting imbalances at all levels.   • NP 07 Nutritional Pathology

    This course provides a thorough understanding in the study of the traits, causes and effects of disease, as seen in the structure and workings of the Human body. The course will focus on the several body systems, including the etiology of various disease states and effective recognition of the various nutritional factors involved with the disease process. Pathology and symptomatology of various conditions that will be covered include those that affect the digestive, gastrointestinal, respiratory, urinary, endocrine, reproductive, cardiovascular, musculo-skeletal, immune and nervous systems. Students will also learn proper terminology involved in identifying various disease conditions.
