IHN’s curriculum is designed to progress from foundational science to advanced clinical application, grounding students in the science of human biology while teaching them to think holistically, critically, and independently.Across 19 required courses, students study holistic nutrition through integrated scientific, traditional, environmental, psychological, and professional lenses.

Strong emphasis is placed on root-cause understanding through extensive theory, case work, and hands-on experience. The result is a curriculum designed to prepare thoughtful, capable practitioners for real-world complexity.
