Most Memorable Moment at IHN
My most memorable moment by far occurred in Fundamentals of Nutrition with Paul Demeda CNP ROHP. I enrolled in the program originally to learn more for myself and my familyʼs health, but missed Fundamentals at the beginning. Later, picking up Fundamentals a third of the way through my program, it was Paul who inspired me during the first class to know that not only did I want to be a Nutrition Practitioner, but that I could do it!
From that moment, the desire and calling continued to grow stronger, while the ongoing wealth of knowledge and expertise that I gleaned from all the course instructors and my classmates nourished me and helped form a strong foundation from which to practice
Holistic Nutrition.

Favourite Class at IHN
I was able to glean from every class knowledge, and in some, wisdom, that I find myself incorporating into my daily life both personally and professionally.
However, Symptomatology 1 stands out because we were creating nutrition protocols for the first time, which was both intimidating and exciting. Intimidating because I wasnʼt confident in my ability to do an actual protocol at that stage of the program, though given the tools to do so; exciting because it felt right, which further confirmed my calling to practice in the field of Holistic Nutrition.

Currently Doing in the Field of Holistic Nutrition
Operating under the name, Bountiful Life, I am currently practicing in Burlington, Ontario, blessed with a beautiful office space where private consultations take place in a peaceful, healing environment.
Building on my past experience as a public speaker, I have had several opportunities to speak on topics ranging from my personal favourite, “Sugar – Whatʼs Not to Love?” to “Fueling for Life, Not Just the Next Race!” and “The 5 Keys to Sustained Weight Loss,”
among others.
Regular food demonstrations have recently been added to my schedule at the Wellwood Young Womenʼs Cancer Support Group in Hamilton, as well as regular newsletter articles for the Marguerite Bourgeoys Family Centre in Toronto.
Cottage Retreats are in the works for breast cancer patients.
Other services include Thermography, Grocery Store Tours as well as Home & Kitchen Make-overs.
