Most memorable moment at IHN
Taking the Holistic Cooking course was so special. Coming together to forage and cook for one another was a great bonding experience and chance to share with classmates. Making a group of friends at IHN was so incredible! I still get to work and collaborate with them today and I am so grateful.

Favorite class at IHN
It’s hard to choose but I really enjoyed Nutrition through the Lifespan, the case studies were a great way to learn how to approach working with clients. I also really enjoyed Advanced Nutrition Research: learning how to properly decipher studies and outcomes has been crucial to providing my clients with the best care. The instructor made the class quite fun, I use these tools everyday in practice.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition

I have a private practice as a Certified Nutritionist. I help clients recover from chronic yo-yo dieting and make shifts to feel good in their bodies and make peace with food. This work has been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. I host workshops and offer corporate wellness experiences.

I am also a recipe developer and work with several brands to make food interesting and accessible.
