Most memorable moment at IHN
There were so many wonderful memories at IHN! I think my favourite memory was simply feeling that everyday walking into class, it felt right. I had never been so excited about school, and I knew it was the beginning of something magical. I knew I was supposed to be there everyday.
Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class at IHN was Nutritional Symptomatology Part 1 & 2. My favourite part about practicing as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner is the process of interpreting bodily symptoms to find underlying causes and nutritional imbalances. As a practitioner, we are able to provide clients with personalized nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle protocols and watch how their health responds to these recommendations. Everything is connected, and it is so interesting to see as the years go on, how much I have learned from my practice and clients.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am currently practicing as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner & Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and am the founder of LOOK Organics, an organic, vegan, cruelty-free personal care brand.
