Most Memorable Moment at IHN
My most memorable moment was in the psychology of disease class when Tracey told me to stand in the corner and ‘file share’, I could not have imagined how powerful that exercise would have been. I also remember Stella with her yummy soups and at graduation with my fellow colleagues feeling such a sense of accomplishment and pride that we not only did it but now were equipped with valuable tools to take forward and make a difference. I remember my coop talk with Elizabeth and feeling so touched by her, she cared so much for the school and all of us as students. I remember seeing people grow, heal and change during our year at IHN. I remember a very wonderful experience.

Favourite Class at IHN
The most life changing class for me was the Psychology of Disease. It showed me firsthand how our life experiences and the way we chose to handle them drastically affect our health and vitality. In regards to nutrition, I loved fundamentals and found anatomy and symptomatology 1 very valuable in bringing all the other fantastic classes together.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
