Most memorable moment at IHN:
My most memorable moments at IHN are how we would start every evening when we gathered in class. Since we were there in the evenings, we’d all bring our dinners and eat together before class. We would swap stories, catch-up, share all our healthy treats, laugh and talk about what was to come with each class. It was the connection, the comradery, closeness, laughs and fun we all had together that stands out from my time at IHN.

Favourite class at IHN and why:
I loved the cooking classes. Our instructor welcomed us into her home with open arms, we made the most delicious food together (I still cannot quite re-create the hummus we made!) and went for a nature walk on our break.
In addition, my most favorite class that still remains present for me today is the Energy Medicine course. I experienced things in that class that I can’t quite explain but it was magical and very unique. It was the first time I had ever experienced a class of that nature.

Currently doing in the field of holistic nutrition:
I have taken the highly valuable entrepreneurial, marketing, public speaking and intuitive skills I learned in Energy Medicine, Professional Skills Development, Professional Practice and the Co-op Placement to create my current position as a Professional Coach, a guide for transition and growth.

All of my clients have one thing in common; they want to inspire others and change the world. They also feel guilty for not being enough. These are the people that I call Soul Driven. I use my unique gift of seeing others for who they truly are to co-create grounded and confident leaders, taking people from lost to loved.

I did my IHN co-op at an Ontario retreat centre and fell in love with the idea of hosting retreats or one day owning my own retreat centre. This past year I hosted my first international retreat to Costa Rica! Participants left the retreat thankful for having calm and peace brought back into their life, through connection with nature and opening their heart. I have an upcoming retreat in northern Ontario if you’d like to join us! I have also started hosting monthly Soul Connection Circles; it’s a safe, loving space where you can be vulnerable, not feel alone and share your big dreams with those that will love and support you. Sign up to join us for the next Circle.

Will I be something? Am I something? And the answer comes: You already are. You always were. And you still have time to be.
