Most memorable moment
After suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury from a car crash in 2003, I decided to go back to school in 2006 to The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. What I learned from the courses and put into practice helped my brain heal and grow stronger. After four years, I graduated in October 2010. Not only did I complete all my studies but I received a special award from the school for Dedication and Perseverance. I will never forget that moment. A special thanks to Elizabeth and Sanchia.
I really enjoyed all the classes at IHN, as I found them challenging and stimulating. I must say I really enjoyed Body Metabolism. The class was so enjoyable and helped me understand the complexities of how our bodies absorb and assimilate foods.
