Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class at IHN was Nutritional Symptomatology 2. In hindsight, this course proved to be one of my favorites in terms of learning objectives and clinical applications in practice today. The protocols, insights and clinical pearls provided in this course are still part of my client protocols today. At the end of the course I felt overwhelmed with knowledge, yet equipped & inspired.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am the founder & lead practitioner of Gut Rooted – a functional nutrition practice with an integrative approach to digestive disorders, hormones & autoimmunity. I’ve successfully facilitated the self-healing of 200+ clients through blending functional lab testing & holistic, bio-individualized health plans. In addition to my private practice I am a remote, part-time clinical nutritionist in two integrative medicine clinics; working with an integrative MD in Vancouver and a functional medicine DC in Toronto. I also have consulting partnerships with a Toronto restaurant & a DNA company in Vancouver, and I held my first educational seminar at the annual Vancouver Wellness Expo in 2024.
