Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class was Nutrition & Health The Fundamentals. This class opened up everything I didn’t know and sparked my passion to continue to learn and grow. Now I’m always digging deeper, connecting the dots and truly changing lives with food.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am supporting hardworking, accomplished women to be the best version of themselves. With abundant energy, newfound balance with hormones and honouring cellular messaging and body systems to create the space & energy for them to be audacious and fulfil their dreams… at any age.
