Most memorable moment at IHN
My very first day of class in Nutrition and Health: The Fundamentals was definitely the most memorable for me. It felt familiar, exciting and I knew it was exactly where I was meant to be – surrounded by like-minded people.

Favorite class at IHN
Psychology of Disease. I went deeper into my understanding about the connection and the importance of balance between the mind, body and spirit. To this day, I reference the material I learned from this course in my clinical practice, as well as in my personal life with my own children. I always explain how when our energetic balance is off, it has the ability to contribute to disease. This course discusses how negative self-talk can create blockages and prevent us from moving forward. It was eye opening and taught me how to strike homeostasis in my own life.
