Favorite class at IHN
Herbal Medicine because I got to deepen my connection with herbs and plant medicine. This was pivotal as herbs are the foundation of my tea line and instrumental in my practice for healing.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I run a successful Holistic Nutrition & Wellness practice in King City, Ontario- The Soulful Sprout. There I see clients who are dealing with both hormonal and digestive imbalances using functional testing to get to the root cause and support their healing journey.
I offer training for Holistic practitioners to deepen their knowledge of hormones & Dutch Hormone Testing (using this tool in their clinical practice) inside Sprout Academy for continued learning. https://www.thesoulfulsprout.com/sprout-academy-practitioner-training
I also founded Soulful Tea Blends in 2021. A unique line of herbal teas, body oils, and tinctures connecting people with plant medicine for hormone balance.
Today, we offer 6 different herbal teas, 4 to support the different phases of the menstrual cycle, one for sleep, and one digestion tea. We also recently launched our new body oils – Breast. & Womb. – as well as our Cramp tincture to ease menstrual pains.
