Most memorable moment at IHN:
My most memorable moment at IHN is making some great friendships and connections with likeminded people that want to make a positive difference in the world.
Favourite class at IHN:
My favourite class, even though it was the toughest class in the entire IHN program, was Human Anatomy & Physiology because it really helped connect the relationship between the different body systems together in a comprehensive, yet informative way so that you can appreciate the importance of looking at all the different layers of an individual’s body, but also lifestyle, and health history.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition:
Edmond is the founder of Muse Life Guide, a wellness company that is comprised of the trifecta of holistic wellness – Muse Life Coaching for the mind, Muse Nutrition for the body, and Muse Yoga for the spirit. The word “Muse” means to look inward, as opposed to always looking outward, for the power, strength, inspiration, validation, and resources to create a meaningful and beautiful life for ourselves. Muse takes an inclusive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to coaching, nutrition, and yoga. Everyone is seen as whole and unbroken, behind every behaviour is a positive intention, that everyone is okay, and has the resources within them to make positive changes in their lives. Through Edmond’s journey of self-discovery, he experienced what it felt like to be mentally, physically, and spiritually aligned, which led him to want to bring that empowering experience to others through his work. Edmond says, “When we are totally aligned, we are in the clearest mind, at our freest point, and at our highest peak in that moment of our lives to make the most positively impactful decisions that serves our highest selves and our deepest values”. Be your muse.
