Spending the day at Farmhouse Garden as part of the Nutrition & the Environment Field Trip in Uxbridge changed the way I connected with food.

Favorite class at IHN
I had to be on television a lot this year – it was nerve-wracking! – and I am not sure I would have been nearly as ready without Professional Skills Development.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am a recipe developer, cookbook author, food photographer, culinary instructor at George Brown College, and director of a new online cookbook writing program – The Academy of Cookbook Writing.
