My most memorable moment at IHN was completing the Professional Skills Development course. I was absolutely terrified of public speaking, but this course was paced in a way that allowed me to gradually open up and face my fears in an incredibly supportive environment.
Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class at IHN was Herbal Medicine. I loved learning about the power of medicinal plants and how to safely incorporate plant medicine into my practice and my own day-to-day life.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am currently conducting my private practice virtually and out of Inspirit Health Group in the heart of Vancouver, British Columbia. I work primarily with clients looking to heal their gut, balance their hormones and improve their mental health through dietary and lifestyle changes.
