Most memorable moment at IHN
There are so many amazing moments because the staff and fellow colleagues were truly amazing. If I think back to my days at IHN I guess I would recall most of all the great laughs shared with everyone, despite the amount of work that we all had. Also, it was truly special being able to facilitate my Yoga sessions after class.
Favorite class at IHN
All the classes were super interesting but if I had to choose one it would be Psychology of Disease because of the undeniable connection of psychological and emotional factors that influence our physical health. This course really resonated with me because we touched upon how to overcome illness and also prevent it by understanding the subtle energies that give our bodies life and the power of our mindset and daily thoughts that are part of this energy field. I truly believe that if we remove the interference (poor nutrition, toxins, negative self-talk, food intolerances, etc.) we are all capable of allowing our bodies’ innate intelligence to self-heal.
