Most memorable moment at IHN
I remember walking into IHN to to audit a few of the classes to see if it would be a good fit. The moment I walked in the doors, I knew it was the right place for me and after sitting in on a few of the classes, there was absolutely no way I was leaving without completing my application. It felt like I had finally found what I was looking for and couldn’t wait to dive in.
Favourite class at IHN
Nutrition & Health: The Fundamentals. It was one of the first courses I took and it provided me with a foundational of understanding of how the body works, which is something I consider imperative to optimizing our health. As humans, we have been given the most advanced system in the world, and no manual on how to use it. This provided chapter 1 of that manual. Something everyone should have access to.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I currently have a private practice in downtown Toronto as part of the team at Entrepology Performance Labs where we optimize the health & performance of female entreprenuers & go-getters. I have a special focus in digestive health and helping people make sense of the confusing online world or nutrition advice. I also offer corporate & private workshops, host events and present monthly nutrition talks at the University of Toronto’s Hart House. My life/health philosophy is simple. Keep it real.
