Most memorable moments at IHN
Interacting with staff and classmates every day! It felt like a family

Favorite class at IHN
Herbal Medicine. I have always loved learning about herbs and natural remedies from the earth so this class was definitely one I was looking forward to! It was fun to learn how to make our own herbal remedies whilst understanding the different plant properties that make these herbs so unique and therapeutic. I loved the combination between a theory and hands-on approach to better understand how to use herbs in our everyday life. I’ve always been more attracted to using food as medicine instead of pills which is why I love to focus on using herbs for myself and in my practice.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
Since IHN, I have been blessed to work in various environments of Holistic Nutrition such as working as a health educator at a health food store, writing health articles for my own personal blog and others, creating my own online course, developing recipes, hosting workshops around Vancouver on various topics, and coaching women from around the world to improve their health and reach their health goals. I decided to make my focus women’s health and PCOS as I used my own personal story as a drive to help others who are going through the same struggles. I share my passion via my social media platforms as well as my podcast “Addicted to Healthy”.

A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.
