Most memorable moment at IHN:
Walking into class on the very first day and feeling like I finally found like-minded individuals I could connect with who understand my true passion for holistic healing.

Favourite class at IHN: 
My favourite class at IHN was Nutrition & Health: The Fundamentals. This was my favourite course because it was such a great mix of everything I was anticipating to learn in school. I learned more about vitamins and minerals and how digestion works to optimize our mental and physical body. I loved how interactive the class was.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition:
I am currently the owner and founder of nourish with jass. I work with women all around the world to help them feel confident in their health. I specialize in gut health, and more specifically candida and parasites. I also have a few eBooks out on my website and currently in the works of one more – an eBook geared towards supplementation. This past fall, I also launched my very first organic tea blend, l e a v e s. It’s a digestive tea blend made to reduce the bloat and I am so humbled to say that it has been a huge part of my business with great success. I hope to eventually get it into stores this coming year. Lastly, I love sharing my holistic journey through Instagram, and that’s kind of where I started my business (when I first started school).
