I loved the open houses and conventions, seeing people who have interest in becoming a Holistic Nutritionist and then actually seeing them in class a few months later.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I am the VP of Corporate Development for Nita Lake Lodge in Whistler. I have implemented a juice/smoothie bar and more options for healthier cuisine at our Fix Café and Spa at the hotel. I also teach classes and seminars on healthy cooking and nutrition for events and retreats such as Nourish for Cornucopia throughout Whistler. I am working on developing an overall wellness component for Nita Lake Lodge, while working on my own consultation business to put my Raw Food Chef and Holistic Nutritionist schooling to good work!
