Most memorable moment at IHN
The cooking demo in the Professional Skills Development Course was a fun way to get creative and involved the whole class, plus we got to try some new recipes and learn new tricks from other class mates.
Favorite class at IHN
There were many amazing classes which makes choosing a favourite so hard. I really enjoyed the Herbal Medicine class. It was a great way to dive into the fascinating world of natural remedies. I have always been amazed by how we can use herbs for optimal health and healing. We also got to make our own healing balm which was an awesome learning experience.
