For me, when I think of IHN, I just think of smiles. Wholesome values and constant smiles, and I instantly feel great.
Favorite class at IHN
My favourite course at IHN was ‘Professional Skills Development’. The instructor was so supportive in guiding everyone through the fear of public speaking in a fun and engaging way. The course not only gave me the skills and the knowledge to communicate effectively with confidence, but it allowed me to express myself and really ‘find my voice’. This has been an ever-valuable skill both in professional networking and in building my vocation, as well as in my own personal development, helping me to navigate any challenges and uncertainties with steadfast confidence.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I currently run my own clinic ‘Natural-Path’, seeing patients both in person and online, providing personalised herbal medicine and nutritional therapeutics, for both chronic and acute conditions. I host free community-based talks and workshops at a local ‘zero-waste’ eco store, giving guidance on healthy living and using nutrition as medicine for members of the public most affected by the ‘cost of living’ crisis. I am also taking the next steps on my academic journey and am currently committed to a master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Nottingham.
