Most memorable moment at IHN
It would have to be the Herb Walk. I really enjoyed the instructor’s teachings and her wealth of knowledge about herbal medicine. This was also a memorable occasion for me because I finally got to meet so many of my classmates that I had only seen online for over a year. It was a great bonding experience to give them a big hug and meet in person.
Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class was Nutrition & Health: The Fundamentals, which was also my very first course at IHN when I began in 2022. I loved all of the information I was learning from the instructor and knew instantly that I was in the right place. My brain felt like a sponge wanting to soak up every bit of knowledge I could get my hands on.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
Since beginning at IHN in 2022, I incorporated holistic nutrition into my existing natural skincare business, Clean Kiss Lifestyle, to teach about the importance of what you put on and inside your body, and how you move your body for health, longevity and vitality as you age. I am also excited to be joining the wellness team at Bronte Wellness Boutique in Oakville, Ontario to offer in-clinic nutrition & clean living advice to patients specifically focused on Personalized Metabolic Planning, Oncology Nutrition, Specialized Meal Planning & Menopause Nutrition.
