First day of class I walked in and met Elaine Lefkens who has the same birthday as me and we have became best of friends throughout my schooling and still today
Favorite class at IHN
The Psychology of Disease, the concepts rang true to my heart in this course and I could not get enough of it. I still apply the knowledge I gained in this course in my daily work with clients. I loved this course so much that I actually taught the course at IHN for 4 years.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I just wrote my second book The Metabolic Balance Kitchen. Just finished my PhD in Nutrition. The top coach in Canada for Metabolic Balance, The USA Brand Ambassador for Metabolic Balance, in private practice and just partook in a documentary on Menopause with award winning film producer Charles Mattocks in Costa Rica.
