Most memorable moment at IHN
Nutrition & Health The Fundamentals class was the most memorable as I found the diagrams given by the instructor very helpful towards my success in this class and the program.

Favorite class at IHN
I really enjoyed all the classes, but my favourite was Holistic Food Preparation since I really enjoy cooking. During this class I was introduced to new and exciting recipes that I still use to this day! It was also great to have other students during the class and see their cooking styles and ideas.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I currently run my catering business which focuses on providing nourishing meals that are tailored to different diets, preferences, and food sensitivities. I cater to wellness events and retreats, and it has been a real pleasure for me to be able to provide health and nourishment through food. Once or twice a year, I also facilitate retreats with my business partner Veronica King, who I met at IHN, where we design the menu and itinerary of the retreat with a holistic approach in mind. We prepare the meals and also lead workshops and activities.
