Most memorable moment at IHN
My most memorable moment was probably the farm trip. Studying during the pandemic made it challenging to connect with classmates in person, but the trip gave us the chance to come together. Not only did we learn about farming techniques, but we also got our hands dirty and discovered urban farming practices that can be used to provide fresh food to local communities.

Favorite class at IHN
It’s tough to choose just one, but I’d have to say Symptomatology was my favourite class. I loved it because it was where everything we’d been learning really came to life. Using tools like the NutriBody, we got to dive into our own health histories and those of friends or family, tracing everything from childhood injuries to major health events and seeing how they connected to current concerns. This was where I had some real ‘a-ha’ moments, understanding how past experiences shaped present health and how to start addressing them.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
Currently I am helping high achieving women overcome burnout and reclaim their health and energy! I am also the author of Navigating Dementia Together: A Holistic Guide To Supporting A Loved One With Dementia which was launched in March 2025. Recently I completed a 1 year Mental Health Fellowship through The Confident Clinician where myself and a group of ND’s did a deep dive into what the current research says on how to support individuals struggling with various mental health concerns. I currently work one on one but will be launching my burnout program September 2025!
