Most memorable moment at IHN
There were so many memorable moments at IHN, but one that really stands out was having the opportunity in Professional Practice to give a live talk in front of the class on a topic I was passionate about. I loved the research that went into it, and that experience helped shape my confidence as a communicator, something that’s supported me ever since in leading talks, webinars, and masterclasses. I also truly enjoyed the hands-on herbal medicine experiences, from cooking and learning in the kitchen to visiting an herbal garden and going on an herbal walk.

Favorite class at IHN
It’s hard to choose because I’m naturally curious and genuinely loved learning across the program, but if I had to pick, Symptomatology I & II were my favourites. They brought everything together, helping me connect the dots and translate what we learned into practical protocols and solutions. As someone who’s very strategic and solution-oriented, those classes were especially rewarding and helped strengthen my clinical thinking.

Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
Today my work sits at the intersection of holistic nutrition, nervous system regulation, and precision wellness through genomics. For nearly a decade, I’ve focused deeply on functional genomics and epigenetics—supporting clients through genetics-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies to improve resilience, energy, and long-term health. My approach blends evidence-based genomics with foundational holistic principles—food as information, nervous system support, and simple, sustainable rhythms that help people feel better and live well.
