Fundamentals of Nutrition: First course I took that started a good foundation of learning about the vitamins and minerals and the great presentations of each one of them done by the students and the real stories by the Professor who just opened my eyes to more curiosity about holistic nutrition and healing.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I have my own private practice as a Natural Health Practitioner, Herbalist, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer helping clients one-on-one to achieve their holistic health and fitness goals!
