Most memorable moment at IHN
There were so many memorable times at IHN, especially doing food demos in Professional Practice, but the one I can still feel to this day is walking into IHN for the first time and meeting the head administrator at the front desk, feeling the warmth of the school and the excitement of my new adventure. I didn’t know what was to come, but I knew I was in the right place.
Favorite class at IHN
My favourite class ended up being Professional Skills Development. I was dreading it at first because I never liked presenting in front of a group, but it was always such a good laugh and a fantastic way to connect with my peers and gain the experience of doing cooking demos, which I have done many times over in my career.
Currently doing in the field of Holistic Nutrition
I’m doing several things; I do “on air” Health & Wellness segments for The Weather Network, run my own private practice in Nutrition & Cancer and I now run a Juicery called Murphy Greens Family Juicery at Warden & Kingston Rd in Scarborough Ontario Canada.
